Refund policy

Refund Policy for the inglish:

1. Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

2. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at luke@theinglish.com and send your item to the specified address.

4. Shipping:

To return your product, mail it to the designated address. You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
